Local Training is a cross-border cooperation project aimed at improving equal access to inclusive services by training professionals dedicated to the care, support, and support of people with disabilities. It arose in response to the shortage of qualified professionals in rural areas affected by depopulation and the lack of training programs adapted to the specific needs of these regions. The project develops a flexible and innovative non-formal training catalog, based on different professional pathways, to improve the quality of care provided and enable people to remain in their usual place of residence.

• Analyze the training needs and demand for professionals in the field of care and support in the cross-border region.
• Design a non-formal training plan adapted to the most in-demand professional profiles.
• Train professionals to provide quality support and care to people in situations of dependency. Improve employability in the care sector in rural areas.
• Evaluate the impact of the training provided and its contribution to improving inclusive services.
